VisionTech Privacy Policy
This policy explains how N1 Wireless Inc handles information across the website and digital services offered under the VisionTech brand, with an emphasis on privacy, security, responsible operations, and organizational control.

When a customer uses modules such as content, documents, messaging, events, or other organizational workflows, the types of information processed may expand according to that customer’s selected configuration.

Information is used to provide the service, support customers, send relevant operational communications, maintain security, handle billing, improve the platform experience, and keep the environment running reliably.

3. Employee, member, and end-user data
In many cases, the customer organization decides what information is uploaded to the platform and for what purpose, while we operate as the technology service provider based on the configured service, permissions, and customer instructions.
Customers remain responsible for making sure they have an appropriate lawful basis to collect and use information relating to their employees, members, registrants, or end users.
4. Sharing and trusted service providers
To operate the service professionally and reliably, we may rely on trusted providers for infrastructure, hosting, communications, security, and support functions where reasonably necessary.
We do not sell personal information as a business model. Information may be shared only where needed for service delivery, legal compliance, rights protection, or a permitted corporate transaction, subject to applicable law.
5. Security and retention

Privacy requests, access requests, correction requests, deletion requests, or related inquiries may be sent to privacy@vtechil.com.
Where we act as a service provider for a customer organization, we may ask the requester to contact that organization first when it is the primary controller of the relevant information.
