Terms
VisionTech Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the public website, platform, and commercial services presented under the VisionTech brand. Unless a written agreement states otherwise, the legal contracting party is Vision Tech International Inc.
1. Scope and service operator
These terms apply to the public website, admin environment, branded organizational app, and related services delivered under the VisionTech brand.
VisionTech is the commercial platform of Vision Tech International Inc.
2. Services covered
The service may include a branded organizational app, content management, documents, messaging, push notifications, polls, forms, events, vacations, content-service workflows, and other operational or commercial add-ons.
The actual scope delivered to a customer is defined by the purchased plan, quote, commercial agreement, subscription record, and enabled modules.
3. Authorized use and access
Customers are responsible for assigning authorized users, safeguarding access credentials, and ensuring the platform is used only for permitted business or organizational purposes.
- Do not share access with unauthorized users
- Do not attempt to bypass security controls, IP restrictions, or permission policies
- Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity
4. Plans, billing, and payment
Public pricing may be shown monthly for readability, while the actual billing cadence may be annual or otherwise defined in the approved commercial arrangement.
Invoices, payment terms, discounts, one-time project charges, enterprise add-ons, and service extras are governed by the applicable invoice, billing profile, order form, and customer agreement.
5. Customer content and intellectual property
Customers retain ownership of their own content, documents, logos, and brand materials uploaded to the service.
The platform, software, workflow design, admin systems, technical framework, and related intellectual property remain the property of Vision Tech International Inc or its licensors.
6. Suspension, termination, and post-termination access
Access may be suspended or limited in the event of breach, non-payment, security risk, or unauthorized usage.
Upon termination, existing payment obligations survive, and any continued access to data export, retention, or transition support is governed by the applicable policy and commercial commitments.
7. Disclaimers and liability framework
The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis and may evolve over time. Features, infrastructure, flows, and interfaces may change as long as the core purchased service remains materially consistent.
Without limiting any rights that cannot be excluded by law, the final liability framework is governed by the definitive commercial and legal documents approved between the parties.
